p38 Mitogen-activated protein (MAP) kinase is involved in the apoptosis of nucleated cells. Although platelets are anucleated cells, apoptotic proteins have been shown to regulate platelet lifespan. Immunohistochemical Evaluation of Periodontal Regeneration Using a Porous Collagen Scaffold.

(1) Aim: To immunohistochemically evaluate the effect of a volume-stable collagen scaffold (VCMX) on periodontal regeneration. (2) Methods: In eight beagle dogs, acute two-wall intrabony defects were treated with open flap debridement either with VCMX (test) or without (control). After 12 weeks, eight defects out of four animals were processed for paraffin histology and immunohistochemistry. (3) Results: All defects (four test + four control) revealed periodontal regeneration with cementum and bone formation. According to the theories of reasoned action and planned behavior, the precedent to any human conduct is the intention to display such conduct. People’s attitudes are one of those precedents. Our work is framed within this line of research, as it seeks to analyze and explain the main determinants of attitudes towards boycotts. Para ello, se propone un modelo teórico de relaciones que se contrasta a partir de una muestra de 317 clientes de hiper mercados en Ecuador. Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) has emerged as a crucial cytokine produced by auto-reactive T helper (Th) cells that initiate tissue inflammation.
