Il traffico illecito di droghe leggere dal Mediterraneo all'Atlantico: punti fermi e questioni aperte

Il saggio analizza il tema del controllo penale delle di droghe leggere, con particolare riferimento al contesto geografico del bacino del Mediterraneo. Combinando i risultati della ricerca criminologica con quelli l'analisi dei sistemi normativi di Italia, Spagna, Portogallo, Grecia e Germania, lo studio prende in considerazione pregi e difetti dei modelli normativi "antiproibizionisti" sia alla stregua degli argomenti di principio che possono essere richiamati a sostegno o contro la prospettiva di legalizzazione della cannabis e delle altre droghe leggere, sia con riguardo agli effetti che l'adozione di tali modelli potrebbe generare sul versante del contrasto al crimine organizzato.

In this article we suggest an approximation between media education and visual arts education. Teachers of Primary School interpret the media as a visual artefacts. But this visual artifacts can be analyzed from the education in visual arts. We can offer a suitable formation in the moment on training teachers (Clarembeaux, 2010; Huerta, 2005), but is also necessary move a notion of visual arts. Rehabilitative training of preterm children’s attention: a study on sustainability

This article is concerned with the description of rehabilitative training aimed at severely and moderately preterm children at preschool age who display impairments of processes of selective attention, self-control and problem solving and who are at risk of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorders. In line with a perspective of field study suggested by pediatric psychology, the treatment calls for the involvement of parents, teachers, neonatologists and children’s reference pediatricians. The PROVIDE project’s research involved, among many other commitments, assessing the training needs of the operators and stakeholders. These investigations actually permitted us to structure the training course (see chapter 2 above) and evaluate the training provided, by recourse to both ex-ante and ex-post assessments, and devise indicators useful for the formulation of the necessary questionnaires.
