Este artículo es un análisis exploratorio sobre el uso de los GPS para estudiar el comportamiento de los visitantes en un espacio abierto. El Valle de Boí es un escenario turístico que ofrece diversos recursos de primer orden, por lo que el estudio de los recorridos de los visitantes permite analizar la respuesta a estímulos muy diferentes. The contribution of tear osmolarity measurement to ocular surface assessment in contact lens wearers

Purpose: To determine whether tear osmolarity using the TearLabTM Osmolarity System contributes to the assessment of the ocular surface in contact lens (CL) wearers.Methods: Data were collected from 44 CL wearers (28 tolerant and 16 intolerant) and 34 healthy subjects. Every patient underwent a thorough ophthalmic examination and tear osmolarity test, conjunctival impression cytology and meibomian lipid sampling. Symptoms, break-up time (BUT), tear osmolarity, conjunctival expression of HLA-DR and meibomian fatty acid composition were evaluated.Results: Tear osmolarity was significantly higher in the controls compared to tolerant and intolerant CL wearers (p=0.0007). The market data is already a reality with the danger that this entails for the privacy of citizens. The new General Data Protection Regulation has created a new legal framework that aims to radically change the current model, giving users greater powers to control their data. A good example of this is the express statement, and for the first time, of the right to be forgotten, which allows citizens to digitally erase their data when other fundamental rights are endangered.

This paper analyses, in general, the evolution that has had the art. 7.3 LTRHA since its introduction by the Act 3/2007, 15 march. In that way, it shows which has been the legislator´s solution about the use of assisted reproduction tecniques by homosexual women couples. Likewise, it studies which resolutions on the matter have been more relevant in the last years. All this, to set out the legislator´s failure and the need to reformulate the filiation regime in face of the challenge that assisted reproduction implies.

The relationship that the parents have with each other is one of the factors to take into consideration when adopting or not the modality of shared custody and custody after a situation of family crisis. To deny the shared modality if there was no good relationship between the parents was the rule until relatively recent dates. With the entry into force of local laws as well as the change in jurisprudence, the tendency that remains is to consider that it will no longer be enough that there is this bad relationship but will have to be a situation of high confrontation so that this situation may be grounds for denial of the shared custody regime.
