Isyydestä keskustellaan ikään kuin se olisi perhekohtainen tai yksityisen valinnan kysymys. Tässä kirjassa osoitetaan, että isyys on läpeensä poliittinen ilmiö, jonka määrittely on ollut yhteiskunnallisen kamppailun kohde. Maamme romaani tarkastelee Suomen itsenäisyyden ajan romaania. Sitä käydään läpi vuosikymmenittäin, muutama teos kerrallaan. Klassikoiden ohella huomiota saavat myös vähemmän tunnetut romaanit. Suomalainen orjatyttö kohtaa Eevan luokan. Nuorena nukkuneen seurana on Uni. Simpauttaja saa rinnalleen Surupukuisen naisen ja Ihmisen joka järkkyi. Mukana on myös Kissani Jugoslavia, perässään Kvanttivaras! Selväksi käy, että maamme romaani saati sen esittämä suomalaisuus eivät ole yksituumaisia asioita. Lajista, kuten meistä, on moneksi.

To describe and discuss how such janitor activity can be useful for others is also an objective. The Linux Kernel Janitor Project is a project defined to perform maintenance of the Linux kernel source, often taking on tasks that nobody else will be doing. The innovative - creative potential of an organization is determined by the creative capacity of its members, by its managerial team competency and by certain mechanisms to sustain implementation of new ideas, as well as their transformation in competitive products and services. From the premise that knowledge-based modern organization is permanently connected to changes of business environment, the paper aims to underline the essential role of creativity and innovation in projecting and implementing organizational change programmes. Also, the paper presents possible directions of action recommended to nowadays organizations for the transition to knowledge-based organization stage.

La constatacion de los importantes cambios en relacion a la docencia que implica el proceso de Bolonia y la soledad en la que tales transformaciones deben llevarse a cabo por parte del profesorado, impulso a un grupo de profesores de diversas universidades publicas espanolas a plantear la oportunidad/necesidad de que los docentes intercambiaran opiniones y experiencias en el ambito docente, al igual que se hace en el ambito de investigacion. Todo ello se realizon en seno de unas Jornadas de Docencia celebradas en Granada. Este articulo revisa los principales resultados de esta experiencia docente.

Leadership practices in relation to men's work-family balance in Finnish organizations

Leadership practices in organizations play an important role in shaping the conditions for employees’ work-family balance. Previous research on the topic has mainly focused on women; fathers are said to receive little support from leadership for combining work and family. In this study, the focus is on men working in six Finnish organizations representing male-dominated, female-dominated and gender-balanced organizations. Although Finland is considered a frontrunner in gender equality globally, Finnish women still carry the main responsibility for housework and child-care. El objetivo de este artículo es presentar una interpretación hermenéutica de la afectividad en el contexto de la transformación hermenéutica de la fenomenología llevada a cabo por el joven Heidegger.
