Artikkelissa tarkastellaan normatiivisen, oikeushistoriallisen näkökulman kautta lapsen osallisuutta ja sen institutionalistista muutosta suomalaisessa adoptiojärjestelmässä. Keskeinen kysymys on, miten ja miksi lapsen asema osallistuvana subjektina on historiallisesti määritelty ja muuttunut adoptiota ja lastensuojelua koskevassa lainsäädännössä. Osallisuuden muutoksia lainsäädännössä tarkastellaan suhteessa kansainvälisessä adoptiojärjestelmässä ja lapsen oikeusasemassa 1920 -luvulta vuoteen 2018 tapahtuneisiin muutoksiin. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan taikuusoikeudenkäyntien kautta hautausmailla tehtyjä taikoja Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla ja Kainuussa 1700-luvun lopulla. Hautausmailla tehdyt taiat ovat uusi piirre verrattuna 1500- ja 1600-lukujen suomalaisiin noituus- ja taikuusoikeudenkäynteihin. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan erityisesti taikoja, joita tehtiin sairauksien parantamiseksi ja varastettujen esineiden palauttamiseksi omistajalleen. According to the two-systems account of theory of mind (ToM), understanding mental states of others involves both fast social-perceptual processes, as well as slower, reflexive cognitive operations (Frith and Frith, 2008; Apperly and Butterfill, 2009). To test the respective roles of specific abilities in either of these processes we administered 15 experimental procedures to a large sample of 343 participants, testing ability in face recognition and holistic perception, language, and reasoning.
