Profiles of Nature Exposure and Outdoor Activities Associated With Occupational Well-Being Among Employees.

This research addresses the profiles of nature exposure and outdoor activities in nature among Finnish employees (N = 783). The profiles were formed on the bases of nature exposure at work and the frequency and type of outdoor activities in nature engaged in during leisure time. The profiles were investigated in relation to work engagement and burnout. The latent profile analysis identified a five-class solution as the best model: High exposure (8%), Versatile exposure (22%), Unilateral exposure (38%), Average exposure (13%), and Low exposure (19%). Fish were fed two different diets (Anchovy- and Herring-oil based) that differed in polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) concentrations. Marsilio Ficino’s relationship to the Hermetic literary tradition has long been a controversial issue in academic discussion. Although Ficino is commonly known as a translator and keen reader of the philosophical Hermetica, his allegiances to the Hermetic ideas have been recognized only in his theory of magic (only to be denied later), while in other cases, in general, scholars tend to deny the impact of Hermetic writings instead of accepting it. Pro gradu -tutkielmani tarkastelee Lapin sodan käsittelyä kahdeksassa suomalaisessa lehdessä 1950-luvulta 1990-luvulle saakka ajanjaksoina, jolloin sodan merkittävistä tapahtumista oli kulunut pyöreitä vuosia. Tarkastelen työssäni sodalle annettua palstatilaa erilaisten luokittelujen avulla selvittääkseni ensinnäkin sitä, millä tavoin tapahtunut ylipäänsä näkyy lehtien sivuilla. Tämän lisäksi teen vertailua eri lehtien ja aikakausien välillä sekä selvitän syitä, jotka ovat vaikuttaneet lehtien sotaa koskevaan kirjoitteluun. Pohjoissuomalaisissa sanomalehdissä Lapin sota näkyy runsaasti. Näiden lehtien pääsääntöiset ilmestymisalueet ovat niitä, joissa sotatapahtumat koettiin konkreettisesti.…
