International audience; NKp46 (CD335) is a surface receptor shared by both human and mouse natural killer (NK) cells and innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) that transduces activating signals necessary to eliminate virus-infected cells and tumors. Here, we describe a spontaneous point mutation of cysteine to arginine (C14R) in the signal peptide of the NKp46 protein in congenic Ly5.1 mice and the newly generated NCR(B6C14R) strain. Ly5.1(C14R) NK cells expressed similar levels of Ncr1 mRNA as C57BL/6, but showed impaired surface NKp46 and reduced ability to control melanoma tumors in vivo. En este trabajo proponemos un esquema de variables para el análisis de las resoluciones de los problemas de probabilidad condicional. Se consideran tres variables principales: las variables del enfoque, del proceso y del producto o resultado, las cuales describen aquello que el resolutor hace desde que lee el enunciado del problema hasta que produce un resultado. Estas tres variables principales pueden ser explicadas por medio de no menos de 15 variables secundarias, la mayoría de ellas dicotómicas.

The reasons and circumstances are analyzed by Balaguer, who concludes that they were often based on ambitions which would not come to fruition at the level they aimed for.

Throughout this work the author carries out a study of the trajectory of Catalan drama from the end of the Civil War to present times. The analysis of problems relating to censorship, the lack of infrastructure, the dialectics of commercial versus alternative theatre, the successive appearances of new theatrical writers and groups, the dominating theatrical norms and the important support provided in recent years by public institutions presents a perfect scan of the issues Catalan drama has faced during the mentioned period.
Multiplicity results for asymmetric boundary value problems with indefinite weights

We prove existence and multiplicity of solutions, with prescribed nodal properties, to a boundary value problem of the formu″+f(t,u)=0,u(0)=u(T)=0. The nonlinearity is supposed to satisfy asymmetric, asymptotically linear assumptions involving indefinite weights. We first study some auxiliary half-linear, two-weighted problems for which an eigenvalue theory holds. Multiplicity is ensured by assumptions expressed in terms of weighted eigenvalues. The proof is developed in the framework of topological methods and is based on some relations between rotation numbers and weighted eigenvalues.

Biweights and *-homomorphisms of partial *-algebras

Consider two partial *-algebras, 1 and 2, and an *-homomorphism Φ from 1 into 2. Given a biweight ϕ on 2, we discuss conditions under which the natural composition ϕ∘Φ of ϕ and Φ is a biweight on 1. In particular, we examine whether the restriction of a biweight to a partial *-subalgebra is again a biweight.
