We here document an Iberian gold ring, which we have recently been able to study. It was found at some time between the late 1960s and mid-1980s, near Molata de Casa Vieja, one of the most important oppida in Alta Andalucía. The engraved bezel is of a schematic style, and derives from the iconic Iberian rider, ubiquitous on the pre–Roman coinage. It adds a new representation to this already rich corpus. The image of the rider was frequently used by the Iberian elite between the 3rd and 2nd centuries BC. The ring is now par t of the collection of the Archaeological Museum of Murcia. Archaeological heritage ownership is a controversial subject under the influence of both ethnic and religious claims. In 1996, a group of Jewish communities finally were able to interrupt the archaeological excavation under way at the medieval Jewish cemetery of Valencia. In this manner they did not allow the anthropological analysis of human remains recovered at the site that were reburied at the Jewish cemetery of Barcelona. Este artículo presenta el reciente hallazgo de una pequeña necrópolis del Bronce Final-Hierro Antiguo situada en la ladera sureste de la Muntanyeta de Sant Cristòfol de Sagunto (Valencia). La necrópolis cuenta con cuatro incineraciones humanas depositadas en urnas y enterradas en fosas. Con este descubrimiento aportamos más información al escaso registro de necrópolis protohistóricas en la provincia de Valencia. The occupation evidence shown by the cave El Toro, is that of a unique stockbreeding community in the Andalusian region. The calibrated dates for this occupation period go from the second quarter of the sixth millennium up to the second millennium BP. There is also evidence of occasional occupation throughout later millennia up to the Hispano-Muslim period. The nature of thisoccupation is determined by the close link between the cave and the community which occupied it, both continuously and periodically. Este artículo presenta una propuesta educativa de índole técnico pero con bases enraizadas en la educación popular (Freire, 1970). La misma pretende dar luces de cómo la educación profesional podría tener una vinculación para el desarrollo local del territorio.
