Perspektīvā nanovadus varēs izmantot sensoros, slēdžos, saules baterijās un citās optoelektriskajās ierīcēs, ņemot vērā to lielo virsmas un tilpuma attiecību. Pateicoties šai attiecībai, fizikālās īpašības nanoizmēros ir izteiktākas nekā makroskopiskos izmēros. Līdz šim nebija iespējams iegūt informāciju par Sb2S3 nanovadu fotoelektriskajām īpašībām. Darbā tika pētītas Sb2S3 nanovadu fotoelektriskās īpašības atkarībā no ierosinātās gaismas viļņu garuma, uzņemot I-V un fotostrāvas raksturlīknes. Darbā tika pētīta Sb2S3 nanovadu piemērotība dažādu optoelektrisko ierīču izstrādē. Atmospheric nucleation from precursor gases is a significant source of cloud condensation nuclei in the troposphere and thus can affect the Earth's radiative balance. Sulfuric acid, ammonia, and amines have been identified as key nucleation precursors in the atmosphere. Studies have also shown that atmospheric ions can react with sulfuric acid to form stable clusters in a process referred to as ion-induced nucleation (IIN). IIN follows similar reaction pathways as chemical ionization, which is used to detect and measure nucleation precursors via atmospheric pressure chemical ionization mass spectrometers. The Relationship Between Goal Orientation, Social Comparison Responses, Self-Efficacy, and Performance

The present study examined whether social comparison responses (identification and contrast in social comparison) mediated the relationship between goal orientation (promotion and prevention) and self-efficacy, and whether self-efficacy was subsequently related with a better performance. As expected, the results showed that promotion-oriented individuals – who are focused on achieving success – had higher self-efficacy than prevention-oriented individuals – who are focused on avoiding failure. Respiratory involvement in antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitides: a retrospective study based on POLVAS registry

OBJECTIVES: The study aimed to characterise the Polish population of (ANCA)-associated vasculitides (AAV) with respiratory involvement (RI), in comparison to the subgroup without lung manifestations and the other cohorts. METHODS: Retrospective analysis of the Polish population of AAV with RI was conducted, based on data from the POLVAS registry. Standard descriptive statistics, χ2 test, and Mann-Whitney U test were used to perform comparisons. Ultraplānu anodizēta alumīnija oksīda saturošu daudzslāņu sistēmu iegūšana un optiskās īpašības

Darba mērķis ir izveidot daudzslāņu sistēmas, kas satur anodētu alumīnija oksīdu, un raksturot to optiskās īpašības. Noteikts poru augšanas ātrums skābeņskābes un sērskābes elektrolītos. Analizēta membrānu biezuma, porainības, izmantotā metāla un putināšanas leņķa ietekme uz daudzslāņu sistēmas optiskajām īpašībām. Veikta paraugu kristalogrāfiskā analīze, raksturojot poru augšanu un sakārtotību dažādās kristalogrāfiskajās plaknēs. Izstrādātas metodes daudzslāņu sistēmas pārklāšanai ar fluorescentiem materiāliem.

Since the vacuum's physical properties relate to light, we propose that the vacuum embodies photons, but in pairs without net electromagnetic fields.
