Pro gradu –työssäni tutkin teatteritaiteen perusopetuksessa koettua laatua opetukseen osallistuneiden oppilaiden näkökulmasta. Tutkimukseni perustana on deweyläinen pragmatismi, jossa teoria ja empiria solmiutuvat yhteen. Työni teoreettisessa osassa kehitän kriittisen ja tulkinnallisen analyysin kautta kokemuksellisen laadun –käsitteen. Family time negotiations in the context of non-standard work schedules

Present-day parenting is centred round the question of time, especially in the case of working parents. This study analysed negotiations over time in families where one or both parents work non-standard schedules, that is, during evenings, nights and weekends. We asked what aspects of time are negotiable and with whom, and who in the family bears the ultimate responsibility for these negotiations. The analysis was based on interviews with 47 people conducted in 2013 in Finland. Worker ‘posting’ or temporary migration of manual workers sent by their employers to work on projects abroad has become increasingly prominent in the European construction industry. It is now normal to find groups of workers from all around Europe on construction sites, living in nearby temporary accommodations, moving on to other projects or back home when the project is complete. This article highlights the interaction between the social and spatial segregation and transnational mobility of these workers in the European Union construction labour market. In an experimental nuclear physics off-line systems are often used in situations where acceleration energies are relatively small. Main benefits are low price and meager radiated laboratory enviroments. In this master’s thesis I discuss mostly about automation which was used in our off-line system. The system was built at the Ion Guide Separator On-Line facility (IGISOL) in Jyväskylä University. The automation set up was made with the Phoenix Contacts inline terminals, which were programmed by using the Labview program. The work presented in this thesis concentrates on the development of the FURIOS laser ion source towards e cient and selective production of low energy radioactive ion beams. This includes design and development of the ion guide and hot cavity catcher systems for laser ion source use, and the development of in-source and in-jet laser spectroscopy techniques. The work has been carried out at the IGISOL facility in the Accelerator laboratory of the University of Jyväskylä. The polymorphism and solvate formation of thiophanate-ethyl (TE), a fungicidal active, were investigated by solvent crystallization and compared to a close analogue, thiophanate-methyl (TM). Four polymorphs and seven solvates of TE were found and structurally compared with the previously found two polymorphs and fourteen solvates of TM by analyzing the hydrogen bonding patterns and using fingerprint plots, packing coefficients and lattice energies. TE and TM have the same functional groups that can build identical supramolecular synthons. Suomalainen maaseutu koki 1800-luvun loppupuoliskolla muutoksen. Omavaraisesta maataloudesta siirryttiin uusien ja tehokkaampien työmenetelmien avulla teolliseen maanviljelyyn 1870-luvulta lähtien. Vuosisadan loppua kohden talonpojat omaksuivat uusia työvälineitä ja -tapoja. Myös kulutustottumukset muuttuivat. 1860-luvun nälkävuosien jälkeen maaseudulla karjatalous ja heinän peltoviljely muuttivat maanviljelystä. Metsien arvo nousi sahateollisuuden kasvun myötä, mikä johti varallisuuden kasvuun useilla alueilla.
