The frescoes at marine thermae discovered in 1886 during the excavation of the small thermal complex dating between the 1th and 3rd century AD, and located on the seafront of Reggio Calabria, have been collected already collapsed. They are currently part of the permanent exhibition of the National Archaeological Museum of Reggio Calabria. This paper illustrates the results of the restoration intervention, carried out in the form of an educational activity in the context of an agreement signed between the MarRC and the University of Calabria, and the results of the diagnostic investigations carried out by the IPCF-CNR of Messina and the STEBICEF department of the University of Palermo.

High-resolution seismic data acquired along the continental shelf/upper slope offshore of Capo Vaticano (western Calabria), Milazzo Promontory and Mt. Etna (eastern Sicily) allow to provide new insights on vertical mobility related to active tectonics. A number of depositional sequences bounded by unconformities or correlative para-conformities were recognized on Sparker profiles in the first 200-300 m below the sea-floor. The essay examines the role of the agreement as a tool for managing property relationships in crossborder marriages and registered partnerships, in light of EU Regulations 1103 and 1104 of 2016, on the property regimes of international married or registered couples. The study reports on a chariot tomb excavated in 1985 at Les Craises in Molinons (Yonne). Set in an adventitious position in the midst of a monument with three quadrangular enclosures, the grave was of an adult of undetermined sex. Despite later pillaging, the goods found in this aristocratic tomb permit a dating to the second quarter of the 5th century BC, and an unusual cultural attribution, on the frontier in the Parisian Basin between the Jura culture to the south and the Marne-Moselle culture to the north.

Čukstošo galerijas modu (ČGM) rezonatori ir sfēriskas formas objekti, kas ir taisīti no optiski caurspīdīgiem materiāliem un ir spējīgi uzturēt optiski cirkulējošu vilni iekšā sfērā, izmantojot pilnīgu iekšējo atstarošanos. Ja ir monohromātisks gaismas avots ar konstantu intensitāti, tad vilnis, kas kustās pa lodes perimetru, sāk konstruktīvi interferēt. Šajā gadījumā rodas rezonanse, ko sauc par čukstošo galeriju modu (ČGM), pēc analoģijas no akustikas. Darbā tiek aplūkots koncepts, ka ČGM rezonatorus varētu izmantot kā temperatūras sensorus. Darba mērķis ir novērtēt dzelzceļa līnijas Ieriķi - Gulbene - Pitalova (Abrene) atjaunošanas ekonomisko lietderību un nepieciešamību.
