The hybrid methods (HMs) for the residual stress (RS) analysis, such as the well-known hole-drilling method (HDM) and the ring-core method (RCM), have been widely developed since 80’. They are mechanical methods based on the partial relaxation of the RSs that occur when a proper geometry variation of the analysed component is introduced by drilling a hole (HDM) or a proper annular groove (RCM). W artykule podjęto źródłową analizę posługi towarzyszenia duchowego małżonkom sakramentalnym i osobom w sytuacjach nieregularnych na podstawie posynodalnej adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia papieża Franciszka. Pojęcie towarzyszenia jest wiodącym terminem w  kolejnych rozdziałach dokumentu. Przybliżony został zakres znaczeniowy pojęcia towarzyszenia oraz charakterystyka posługi przedstawiona przez papieża. Następnie scharakteryzowano kolejne konteksty towarzyszenia podejmowane w adhortacji. Rozliczalność jest jedną z centralnych zasad dobrego rządzenia, a istnienie mechanizmów rozliczalności uznaje się za warunek dobrych rządów. W artykule rozliczalność jest rozpatrywana w kontekście gminnym, a jego celem jest przedstawienie problemów związanych z pomiarem rozliczalności. Zaproponowano również pięć obiektywnych wskaźników poziomu rozliczalności w gminie. La investigación que se presenta aborda el proceso de formación del comportamiento de queja del consumidor. El objetivo general es profundizar en la naturaleza de este tipo de respuesta a la insatisfacción, describiendo su formación a partir de la contribución de un conjunto de variables investigadas en la literatura. Partiendo de que el comportamiento de queja agrupa tres tipos de respuestas (de queja, a terceras partes y privadas), analizamos el efecto que tiene el nivel de insatisfacción, la probabilidad de éxito de la queja, la importancia de la situación y las actitudes hacia la queja.
