Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on tarkastella, miten liikearvon arvo määräytyy ja onko liikearvo arvorelevanttia. Kohdeyritysten taloudellisten tietojen ja niiden analysoinnin pohjalta on tarkoituksena selvittää, onko liikearvon ja yrityksen markkina-arvon välillä yhteys sekä miten liikearvon määrä on vaihdellut kohdeyritysten taseissa vuosina 2007-2014. This paper underlines the importance of the concept of value for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and then explores it beyond economics, looking for its social and philosophical roots. Con- sidering the most recent literature on the matter, the dilemma between a non monetary, multi variable conception and a monetary, one variable conception is set. Objective. The introduction of solid foods is a major step in the development of food behaviour. Previous studies showed that higher sensory variety in weaning period can later influence infant's acceptance of new food. The aim of the present study is (i) to describe precisely the different maternal weaning practices, (ii) to relate them with the individual mothers' and infants' characteristics, (iii) to study if these practices could impact infant's acceptance of new foods. During the talk we will give a necessary and sufficient condition for the uniqueness of a penalized least squares estimator whose penalty term is a polyhedral norm. Our results cover many methods including the OSCAR, SLOPE and LASSO estimators as well as the related method of basis pursuit. The geometrical condition for uniqueness involves how the row span of the design matrix intersects the faces of the dual normunit ball. Theoretical results on sparsity by LASSO and basis pursuit estimators are deduced from this condition via the characterization of accessible sign vectors for these two methods.

La selecció de l'auxiliar en els verbs intransitius del català antic : alguns aspectes descriptius i explicatius

En aquest article demostrem que, si es tenen en compte les principals idees de l'enfocament descriptiu de Sorace (2000, 2004) sobre la selecció de l'auxiliar, es pot donar compte de manera força natural d'algunes de les principals aportacions que fa Batlle (2002) per al català antic. Així, per exemple, és un fet esperable que els verbs estatius i els verbs esdevenimentals siguin els primers a admetre la substitució de l'auxiliar ésser per haver, ja que són precisament aquests verbs els que ocupen una posició intermèdia en l'anomenada jerarquia de la selecció d'auxiliar.
