Optical factors influencing the amplitude of accommodation

AbstractThe purpose of this work was to find plausible predictors among optical parameters that may explain the inter-individual differences in subjective amplitude of accommodation not explained by age. An exploratory multivariable regression analysis was carried out retrospectively on a dataset with 180 eyes from 97 subjects (ages ranged from 20 to 58years). Subjective amplitudes of accommodation were recorded with the use of a custom-made Badal system. The investment model (2003) has been widely used in romantic relationship studies but rarely in an intercultural context. This study tests the investment model by examining Finnish-Chinese couples’ self-perceptions of commitment level and relationship maintenance behaviors. A qualitative research method with deductive thematic analysis approach is applied. This study finds that Finnish-Chinese couples have relatively high level of commitment. Bakalaura darbs “Redzes treniņu iedarība uz tuvuma redzes uzdevumiem” ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 34 lapām. Tas satur 17 attēlus un 32 atsauces uz literatūras avotiem. MĒRĶIS: Šī pētījuma mērķis ir novērtēt redzes treniņu efektivitāti cilvēkiem, kuri sūdzas par tuvuma slodzes radītu redzes stresu. METODE: Pētījums tika veikts Itālijā 23 cilvēkiem ar tuvredzību - biroja darbiniekiem, vecumā no 25 līdz 35 gadiem (15 sievietēm un 8 vīriešiem). Treniņu ilgums bija 3 mēneši un tas ietvēra virkni vingrinājumu akomodācijas elstībai un sakāžu skaita uzlabošanai.
