Zaprezentowany zostanie pogląd prawny, i jego uzasadnienie, według którego, w przypadku gdy wierzytelność zabezpieczona rzeczowo na majątku dłużnika zostaje objęta układem częściowym wówczas egzekucja co do niej ulega bezwzględnemu zawieszeniu z mocy samego prawa (ipso iure)

Este trabajo persigue identificar las opiniones y experiencias ante la dirección escolar de las directoras de centros públicos de Educación Infantil y Primaria en Andalucía. Se realizó un estudio tipo encuesta con una muestra de 206 directoras seleccionada mediante un muestreo polietápico, utilizando el cuestionario para la recogida de información. Los resultados muestran que las directoras tienen mediana edad, una dilatada experiencia profesional y, en su mayoría, están relativamente libres de cargas familiares. Importance of millipedes (Diplopoda) in the autumn-winter diet of Scolopax rusticola

Authors examined the autumn-winter diet of the woodcock Scolopax rusticola from 407 gizzard samples originating from Crimea and Italy, resulting in a high number of millipedes (Diplopoda) in all the samples; this prey item was particularly important in terms of weight percentage. The authors consider that calcium, highly present in millipedes, should be an important source for the woodcocks’ metabolism during the autumn-winter seasons.

AbstractThe aim of this longitudinal study was to investigate the temporal dynamics of ethical organisational culture and how it associates with well-being at work when potential changes in ethical culture are measured over an extended period of 6 years. We used a person-centred study design, which allowed us to detect both typical and atypical patterns of ethical culture stability as well as change among a sample of leaders. Purpose– Based on the psychological contract (PC) theory, the purpose of this paper is to identify PC profiles, differentiating between permanent and temporary agency workers (TAW). This study aimed at examining reciprocal associations among teacher–child interactions, teachers' work engagement, and children's social competence across grade 1. The participants were 51 Finnish teachers and 815 children. The quality of teacher–child interactions (emotional support, classroom organization, and instructional support) was assessed with the Classroom Assessment Scoring System. In addition, teachers reported their work engagement and rated children's social competence (prosocial and antisocial behaviors).
