Thematic content analysis of the government’s white papers regarding participation policies, as well as participatory action research projects in two Finnish towns, were used to identify factors that enable or hinder participation for this group of service users. Darba ietvaros salīdzināta maizes rauga S.cerevisiae CEN.PK atvasināta adenīna un uracila auksotrofa celma R5.0 uracila un adenīna badināšanas izraisītas fizioloģijas izmaiņas, kā arī šūnu izdzīvotība pēc žāvēšanas. Salīdzinājumam izmantoti šūnu morfoloģijas, makromolekulārā sastāva, ārpusšūnas metabolītu un žāvēšanas izturības dati. Secināts, ka adenīna badinātās šūnas spēj efektīvi apturēt šūnas ciklu un nodrošināt augstu izdzīvotību, bet uracila badinātās – nē. Salīdzinot oglekļa plūsmas badināšanas laikā, novērots, ka uracila badināšanas gadījumā novērojams t.s. „glucose wasting” fenomens jeb glikozes neproduktīva patērēšana. The association of uterus didelphys and unilateral blind vagina with ipsilateral renal agenesis is an infrequent urogenital malformation distinguished by a lesion of the mesonephric duct. In most patients, symptoms are present at the beginning of the menstrual cycle because a transverse vaginal septum on one side obstructs the flow of menses, which consequently collect. Magnetic resonance imaging allows a precise delineation of this congenital abnormality, clearly demonstrating the transverse vaginal septum with hematometrocolpos and uterus didelphys.
