Successful communication is vital to active aging and well-being, yet virtually all older adults find it challenging to communicate effectively in noisy environments. The resulting discomfort and frustration can prompt withdrawal or avoidance of social situations, which, in turn, can severely limit the range of activities available to older adults and lead to a less active and satisfying lifestyle, and, in some cases, depression. De los resultados se desprende que el especialista, que interviene desde el inicio del proceso traductor, juega un papel destacado en la fase de comprension. La consulta al experto no solo se limita a cuestiones terminologicas, sino tambien a la comprension del genero textual, los destinatarios y la finalidad de los textos. Theory of mind development from adolescence to adulthood: Testing the two-component model

The ability to infer mental and affective states of others is crucial for social functioning. This ability, denoted as Theory of Mind (ToM), develops rapidly during childhood, yet results on its development across adolescence and into young adulthood are rare. In the present study, we tested the two‐component model, measuring age‐related changes in social‐perceptual and social‐cognitive ToM in a sample of 267 participants between 11 and 25 years of age. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir analizēt rotaļu izmantošanas iespējas 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu sociālo prasmju attīstībā pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Kvalifikācijas darbā analizēta teorētiskā literatūra un empīriski izpētīta bērnu sociālo prasmju veidošanos rotaļu darbībā. Kvalifikācijas darba struktūru veido, divas nodaļas: 1.nodaļā analizētas vecumposma īpatnības, izpētīta teorētiskā literatūra par sociālajām prasmēm un rotaļām, to būtību, apguvi un attīstību. 2. nodaļā - rotaļas sociālo prasmju attīstīšanai, 5-6 gadus vecu bērnu sociālo prasmju izpēte rotaļu darbībā.
