One of these factors is von Willebrand factor (vWf)- a glycoprotein responsible for both platelet adhesion and coagulation cascade. Ņemot vērā, pieaugošo galvas traumu skaitu, pieaug arī galvaskausa pamatnes lūzumu skaits. Vidusauss bojājums novērojams aptuveni vienai trešdaļai pacientu ar smagu galvas traumu.
