Alternatīvu substrātu novērtējums bakteriālās celulozes iegūšanai

Bakteriālā celuloze (BC) ir biopolimērs ar potenciāli augstu pievienoto vērtību. Tās industriālā ražošana joprojām nav sasniegta augsto izmaksu dēļ. Pētījumi pierāda, ka dažādu industriālu un lauksaimniecības blakusproduktu izmantošana var samazināt augstās ražošanas izmaksas. Pētījumu ietvaros tika noskaidrota Komagataeibacter rhaeticus P 1463 spēja izmantot laktozi un galaktozi kā galveno oglekļa avotu, aizstājot glikozi standarta HS barotnē ar attiecīgajiem cukuriem. Tika novērtēta sūkalu hidrolīzes efektivitāte BC ražības palielināšanā. Enzimātiski hidrolizētu sūkalu barotnēs tika sasniegts BC sausais svars 4,95 ± 0,09 g/L. Influenza A and B viruses are responsible for respiratory infections, representing globally seasonal threats to human health. The 2 viral types often co-circulate and influenza B plays an important role in the spread of infection. A 6-year retrospective surveillance study was conducted between 2010 and 2016 in 2 large administrative regions of Italy, located in the north (Liguria) and in the south (Sicily) of the country, to describe the burden and epidemiology of both B/Victoria and B/Yamagata lineages in different healthcare settings. El trabajo desarrollado en esta Tesis se centra en estudio experimental del comportamiento colectivo de los estados excitados de los núcleos semimágicos con N=50 en función de la ocupación del orbital g9/2 de protones, a través de la medida de la vida media de los estados "yrast" 4+ de los núcleos 92Mo y 94Ru. En particular, se ha investigado la conservación de "seniority" a lo largo de la capa g9/2 que es la primera capa donde podría no conservarse. Performance of the Advanced GAmma Tracking Array at GANIL

The performance of the Advanced GAmma Tracking Array (AGATA) at GANIL is discussed, on the basis of the analysis of source and in-beam data taken with up to 30 segmented crystals. Data processing is described in detail. The performance of individual detectors are shown. The efficiency of the individual detectors as well as the efficiency after $\gamma$-ray tracking are discussed. Recent developments of $\gamma$-ray tracking are also presented. The experimentally achieved peak-to-total is compared with simulations showing the impact of back-scattered $\gamma$ rays on the peak-to-total in a $\gamma$-ray tracking array. Multiple register synchronization with a high-speed serial link using the Aurora protocol

In this work, the development and characterization of a multiple synchronous registers interface communicating with a high-speed serial link and using the Aurora protocol is presented. A detailed description of the developing process and the characterization methods and hardware test benches are also included. This interface will implement the slow control busses of the digitizer cards for the second generation of electronics for the Advanced GAmma Tracking Array (AGATA).
