Resumen: Ese trabajo analiza la traduccion catalana del Decameron de 1429 centrandose en las particularidades de la narrativa, especialmente la relacion entre el autor y el lector. Sin dejar de lado aspectos propios de la traduccion en aquel momento, se enfatiza el valor de este texto, en ocasiones considerado una mera adaptacion, como una obra humanistica, un documento de la asimilacion del humanismo italiano en la Corona de Aragon. Riassunto: La recente pubblicazione in Italia della traduzione de La llegenda del llibreter assassi di Ramon Miquel i Planas offre lo spunto per un confronto con alcune precedenti traduzioni in castigliano e per una breve riflessione di metodo sulla traduzione. Le due versioni spagnole (1991 e 2011) si configurano infatti, a differenza di quella italiana, come libere rielaborazioni dell’originale dal momento che ne alterano la struttura, trasformando il testo e piegandolo a nuove finalita. Energy efficient model for biogas production in farm scale

Energy efficient solutions for six farm biogas production was found by calculating mass and energy balance in different scenarios. Raw materials in biogas production were cow manure and grass silage that were produced in these farms. There were calculated mass and energy balances on average for one year biogas prouduction that consisted of grass silage production, raw material transportation and biogas production in the biogas plant. In addition, direct greenhouse gases from biogas production were estimated. The direct mass and energy flows were calculated. Tämän tutkielman tarkoitus oli hahmottaa voisiko ohjausosaamisen kehittämisessä hyödyntää tunneälyn kompetensseja, ja onko Jyväskylän yliopiston ohjausalan maisterikoulutuksessa kehitetty Golemanin, Boyatzisin ja McKeen (2002) esittämiä tunneälyn kompetensseja. Tutkimus toteutettiin hyödyntämällä sekä teoreettista analyysia että empiiristä aineiston analyysiä. Teoreettisen analyysin kautta hahmotettiin sitä, miten tunneälyn kompetenssit linkittyvät ohjauksen kompetensseihin ja osaamisalueisiin. Agency of labour in a flexible pan-European labour market : a qualitative study of migrant practices and trade union strategies in the Netherlands

Regulatory frameworks on intra-EU mobility and flexible cross-border employment relations have stimulated competition on labour costs by recruiting migrants via cheaper labour market regimes. While it allows firms to remunerate migrants under different terms and conditions, blurring regulatory boundaries also generates opportunities for non-compliance, resulting in violations of migrant labour rights across Europe. Against this background, this thesis explores the agency of labour, more specifically of temporary migrant workers and unions, and the ways they cope with and respond to the competitive dynamics of the pan- European labour market.
