On the 3rd of May, the Rome Tribunal accepted the complaint lodged by the Ministry of Interior against the interim measure with which, last January, the same Court declared the illegitimacy of the procedure of migrants and asylum seekers informal readmission in Slovenia, because of the violation inter alia of the principle of non-refoulement. Despite the negative outcome for the asylum seekers, the order of the complaint did not refute the reasoning of the judge of the first instance who, for the first time, recognized the entry protection by issuing an urgent precautionary measure. In the article, the multi-faceted cooperation between Poland and Bulgaria in the 1920s in the political, economic and cultural spheres is presented based on Polish archival materials. After the end of the First World War, Bulgarians wanted more equal relations with Poland, because they wanted Poland to be an advocate of Bulgaria. The motto of Polish Balkan policy was, above all, cooperation with Romania in the event of a war threat from Soviet Russia (later USSR). The transport of molecules inside cells is a complex process, the characterization of which is important to gain full understanding of cellular processes. Understanding of intracellular transport is also important for medical applications, for example when analyzing transport of medicine inside cells. The anomaly in lithium abundance is a well-known unresolved problem in nuclear astrophysics. A recent revisit to the problem tried the avenue of resonance enhancement to account for the primordial 7Li abundance in standard big-bang nucleosynthesis. Prior measurements of the 7Be(d,p)8Be∗ reaction could not account for the individual contributions of the different excited states involved, particularly at higher energies close to the Q value of the reaction. We carried out an experiment at HIE-ISOLDE, CERN to study this reaction at Ec.m.=7.8 MeV, populating excitations up to 22 MeV in 8Be for the first time.
