The Organic Law 1/2015, of March 30, introduced the crime of harassment or stalking in article 172 ter CP, thinking mainly of women who suffer acts of harassment by their former partners. The legislator followed the model of the crime of persecution (Nachstellung) of § 238 StGB, although this precept has been recently reformed, ceasing to be a crime of result to become a crime of suitability. The repat gene family encodes midgut proteins overexpressed in response to pathogen infection in the lepidopteran Spodoptera exigua. Up-regulation of repat genes has been observed after challenging the larvae with both Bacillus thuringiensis toxins and after infection with the baculovirus Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus. In our study, PCR amplification of the genomic region and genome walking were used to obtain the genomic structure and the sequence of the 5'-upstream region of repat1 and repat2, two of the most phylogenetically distant members of the repat family. Rethinking the Role of Volunteering in the Labor Market Inclusion of Migrants

In this article, we critically investigate the role that volunteering can have in the labor market inclusion of migrants. We consider how volunteering can both enhance and hinder inclusion through a comparison of two different contexts: Finland and the United Kingdom, where both welfare state and migration regimes are differently shaped. We also question whether volunteering to gain work experience can be defined as “volunteering” or whether it corresponds more with a definition of unpaid labor. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoitus on kuvata nuorten maahanmuuttajamiesten kokemuksia jalkapallon pelaamisen vaikutuksista heidän Suomeen kotoutumisessa. Tarkoituksena oli selvittää, minkälaista vuorovaikutusta maahanmuuttajilla oli suomalaisten kanssa jalkapalloa pelatessa. Tarkoituksena oli myös tuoda ilmi maahanmuuttajien kokemuksia mahdollisesta rasismin kohtaamisesta jalkapallon parissa. Näiden lisäksi halusin tutkia, mitä jalkapallo on opettanut maahanmuuttajille suomalaisesta kulttuurista.
