En el presente proyecto de tesis se ha contribuido a elucidar el papel de las calpaínas en la muerte celular programada y la remodelación tisular de la glándula mamaria tras el ciclo embarazo/lactancia. La involución de la glándula mamaria se caracteriza por la muerte celular programada (MCP) del epitelio secretor y por la proliferación e invasión de los adipocitos, con el fin de conseguir el estado glandular pre-gestacional. Estudios previos demuestran que las calpaínas, proteasas calcio-dependientes, están activas a lo largo de esta regresión post-lactancia. In questo lavoro si mostreranno i presupposti teorici e operativi per lo sviluppo di un Mobile Learning capace di coniugare didattica in presenza ed esperienze digitali, sfruttando Instagram come social media privilegiato per una proposta di un modello metodologico volto a strumentalizzare le funzioni multimediali e interattive interne all’applicazione. I risultati qualitativi del progetto di ricerca-azione Edu-social Algorithm mostrano una serie di contenuti mediaeducativi che evidenziano il potenziale pedagogico dentro il social media Instagram e la replicabilità del modello metodologico sviluppato.

Bakalaura darba “Mobilie bibliotēku pakalpojumi: esošā situācija, iespējamie risinājumi, attīstība” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādus mobilos bibliotēku pakalpojumus piedāvā Latvijas reģionu galvenās bibliotēkas, kāda ir bibliotēku mobilo pakalpojumu attīstība, kādus mobilos bibliotēku pakalpojumus izmanto bibliotēku lietotāji un kāds ir sabiedrības viedoklis par tiem. Pētījuma problēma ir tā, ka ir pārāk mazs bibliotēku mobilo pakalpojumu piedāvājums, kā arī tie nav ērti izmantojami no mobilajām ierīcēm. Abstract By harbouring ca. 3500 native vascular plant species in an area of ca. 170 000 km2, the European Alps represent a region of very high species diversity. Using the most recently published flora of the area and phylogenetic literature, I here review which proportion of the endemic flora of the Alps is the result of in situ diversification, i.e., of diversification in the area and (largely) restricted to the area. There exist only very few and mostly species-poor species diversifications in the Alps, accounting for ca. 1.2% of the native and for ca. 9% of the endemic flora of the Alps. Osteoarthritis (OA) is characterized by degenerative changes in the whole joint leading to physical disability in the elderly population. This condition is associated with altered bone metabolism in subchondral areas suggesting that therapeutic strategies aimed at modifying bone cell metabolism may be of interest.
