The essay deals with the subject of contractual change of circumstances and related remedies. In particular, the work focuses on the debate on the possibility of configuring a legal renegotiation obligation in the Italian legal system. The critical examination of favorable positions allows us to offer a more precise reading on the margins of application of the renegotiation.

Kandidaatintutkielma tarkastelee suomalaisen nykytaiteilijan, Olli Joen (s.1943), maalaustuotannossa esiintyvää realistista ja irrealistista maisemakuvastoa aikavälillä 1984-2012. Tutkielma selvittää Olli Joen maisematuotannon eri aikakausien tyypillisimpiä piirteitä, sekä taiteilijan intentioita ja kokemusta ympäristöstä, maisemasta ja representaatiosta. Joen subjektiivinen kokemus maisemasta realistisen ja irrealistisen kuvaston analysoinnissa nousee tutkielmassa keskeisimmäksi tarkastelun välineeksi.

Viimeaikaisissa tutkimuksissa suolistosta peräisin olevin bakteerimolekyylien, kuten flagelliinin (FLG) ja lipopolysakkaridien (LPS), rooli rasvamaksan kehittymisessä on tunnistettu. The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of reservoir operating scenarios, for flood damage evaluation downstream of a dam, using a Monte Carlo bivariate modelling chain. The proposed methodology involves a stochastic procedure to calculate flood hydrographs and the evaluation of the consequent flood inundation area by applying a 2D hydraulic model. These results are used to estimate the inundation risk and, as consequence, the relative damage evaluation under different water level conditions in an upstream reservoir. The aim of this ethnographic and autoethnographic research was to explore what kind of a learning culture existed in an 8th grade English class in a Finnish basic education school in the 2011-2012 academic year. The class was taught jointly by a subject teacher and a special education teacher. A teaching experiment was implemented with the support of co-teaching during which teachers aimed to strengthen students' learning autonomy: to support their active learning and help them act as responsible learners.
