Deimatic displays, where sudden changes in prey appearance elicit aversive predator reactions, have been suggested to occur in many taxa. These (often only putative) displays frequently involve different components that may also serve antipredator functions via other mechanisms (e.g., mimicry, warning signalling, body inflation). Microgastrinae is one of the largest subfamilies of the Braconidae with about 2,000 described species worldwide. These wasps are of enormous ecological interest due to their role in controlling the caterpillar populations. This study analyses diversity and community structure within the Microgastrinae in the Artikutza Forest, located in the Peñas de Aia Natural Park, western Pyrenees, Spain. Making IEEE 802.11 wireless access programmable

In this paper, we present a modular Layer 2 architecture which makes wireless access in {IEEE}~802.11 networks programmable and thus opens the door for broader range of enhancements. We show the power of the proposed architecture by presenting a number of innovative solutions for infrastructure, direct links and mesh cases. Early prototyping results are publicly available and can be used to develop solutions not so strictly bounded by legacy access rules, to quicker and more accurately meet evolving user demands.
Ethical dilemmas and well-being in teachers’ work : A three-wave, two-year longitudinal study

The aim of the present longitudinal study was two-fold: First, to explore what kinds of ethical dilemma groups can be identified among Finnish teachers (n = 310) and second, to examine how these groups differ from each other with respect to occupational well-being and recovery from job strain over the two-year follow-up. Using Latent Profile Analysis, three ethical dilemma prevalence groups were identified: rare (27%), occasional (51%), and frequent dilemmas (22%). Teachers in frequent dilemmas group reported highest burnout, however, their recovery from job strain improved and their burnout (exhaustion) diminished over time.
