En el año 2010, el legislador español introdujo en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico la responsabilidad penal de las personas jurídicas. Si bien, decidió excluir de la misma a los partidos políticos, entre otros sujetos colectivos. Stoïlow’s theorem revisited

Stoilow's theorem from 1928 states that a continuous, open, and light map between surfaces is a discrete map with a discrete branch set. This result implies that such maps between orientable surfaces are locally modeled by power maps z -> z(k) and admit a holomorphic factorization. The purpose of this expository article is to give a proof of this classical theorem having readers in mind that are interested in continuous, open and discrete maps. (C) 2019 Elsevier GmbH. Background and aim: In June 2017, University and Health Ministries jointly enacted a decree imple-menting a new accreditation system for the Italian post-graduate medical schools (residency programs). Measurements of the top quark branching ratios into channels with leptons and quarks with the ATLAS detector

Measurements of the branching ratios of top quark decays into leptons and jets using events with t[bar over t] (top antitop) pairs are reported. Events were recorded with the ATLAS detector at the LHC in pp collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The collected data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 4.6 fb[superscript −1]. The measured top quark branching ratios agree with the Standard Model predictions within the measurement uncertainties of a few percent.
