This study investigates the influence of the European Human Rights Court on State 'margin of appreciation' on the diffusion of accepted or rejected cultural and political choices through the jurisprudence of the case-law. The margin of appreciation is aninterpretative argument, a criterion, a parameter, which allows the Court to preserve rather than censure national State policies and choices on difficult issues which, involving moral and ethical questions, and which do not receive common answers in the ,European legal systems. This aesthetic experience is known to be observable over the individuals’ entire life span, from early childhood to old age, and in every culture. The perception of young people regarding the Romanian taxation

According to the principles of taxation, taxes should contribute to the development of the personality of each individual, to the overall development of the economy. In this framework, the elaboration and development of fiscal policy decisions must take into account the financial, economic and social implications, so that, taxation should be seen as a stimulating factor. Through this article, based on a selective research, we analysed how the younger generation perceives Romanian taxation, considering the level of fiscal education and confidence in fiscal institutions.

The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

Koska auktoriteettisuhde ei todennu ajatuksissa, puheessa ja kuvitelmissa, tutkin myös, miten auktoriteetti toimii ja saa oikeutuksen luokkatilanteessa.
