Priming for JA-dependent defenses using hexanoic acid is an effective mechanism to protect Arabidopsis against B. cinerea

Abstract Soil drench treatments with hexanoic acid can effectively protect Arabidopsis plants against Botrytis cinerea through a mechanism based on a stronger and faster accumulation of JA-dependent defenses. Plants impaired in ethylene, salicylic acid, abscisic acid or glutathion pathways showed intact protection by hexanoic acid upon B. cinerea infection. Accordingly, no significant changes in the SA marker gene PR-1 in either the SA or ABA hormone balance were observed in the infected and treated plants. Mērķis ir izpētīt medicīnas iestāžu struktūru, sastāvu un darbību Latgalē starpkaru periodā, izmantojot Jaunlatgales apriņķa piemēru, un izvērtēt to Latgales un Latvijas mēroga kontekstā, analizējot apriņķa medicīnas iestāžu atšķirības no pārējās Latgales teritorijas. This paper suggests using motor games with children with functional diversity, specifically, with cerebral palsy. As any other child, those with cerebral palsy should play and learn while playing. The characteristics of these children are described because knowing about them will help to adapt the motor games so that they will take more advantage of the benefits of this methodological tool. This is the reason why here some methodological indications are explained, because if they are taken into account, children with cerebral palsy will be more easily included in the games and will take more profit from them.
