Problēma: Psoriāze mūsdienās ir izplatīta iekaisuma ādas slimība. Ar psoriāzi slimo dažāda dzimuma un vecuma cilvēki. Psoriāze būtiski ietekmē cilvēka dzīves kvalitāti. To var ārstēt ar lokāliem, sistēmiskiem līdzekļiem un papildus tiek lietoti dažādi kosmētiskie līdzekļi. Psoriāze ir nopietna sociāla problēma, kas skar vismaz 100 miljonus cilvēku visā pasaulē. Pētījuma mērķis: Veikt psoriāzi ārstējošo zāļu un kosmētisko līdzekļu apgrozījuma izpēti vairākās Latvijas aptiekās no 2014. gada janvāra līdz 2016. gada decembrim. 1. The effects of histamine on isolated goat middle cerebral artery were examined using two experimental approaches: recording of isometric tension and measurement of [3H]-noradrenaline efflux. 2. Cumulative addition of histamine (10(-7)-3 x 10(-2)M) and 2-pyridylethylamine (2-PEA, 10(-6)-3 x 10(-2)M) produced concentration-dependent contractile responses. Preincubation with diphenhydramine (10(-7), 10(-6)M) or cimetidine (10(-7), 10(-6)M) competitively inhibited the histamine-induced contractile response. 3. To determine dose-related clinical and neurohumoral effects of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF), we conducted a double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study of three doses (2.5 mg, 5 mg and 10 mg) of the long-acting ACE inhibitor imidapril. Objective: This study was aimed at investigating the effects of captopril or delapril before and just after thrombolysis in acute anterior myocardial infarction (AMI). Patients and Methods: Study participants consisted of 89 patients, hospitalised within 4 hours of the onset of symptoms. It is well established that the isolated chick pineal gland is directly light sensitive and that melatonin synthesis of the gland can be inhibited by exposing the gland to light during scotophase. Since not all the steps of the phototransduction cascade have been clarified to the same extent as in the retina, we have treated isolated chick pineal glands with 90 min of light during scotophase and with drugs that affect key-components of vertebrate phototransduction, i.e., cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) phosphodiesterase 6 (PDE6), cGMP levels and cGMP-gated calcium channels.
