We report the first direct determination of the ground-state to ground-state electron-capture $Q$-value for the $^{72}$As to $^{72}$Ge decay by measuring their atomic mass difference utilizing the double Penning trap mass spectrometer, JYFLTRAP. The $Q$-value was measured to be 4343.596(75)~keV, which is more than a 50-fold improvement in precision compared to the value in the most recent Atomic Mass Evaluation 2020. Furthermore, the new $Q$-value was found to be 12.4(40)~keV (3.1 $\sigma$) lower. OBJETIVO Evaluar la relación entre cuatro cementos endodónticos (uno basado en resina y tres basados en materiales biocerámicos) y la dentina del conducto radicular, así como la unión entre el núcleo de gutapercha (convencional y recubierta de material biocerámico) y los cementos. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS Se seleccionaron 80 dientes unirradiculares, verificados previamente de forma radiográfica. Darba mērķis bija noteikt enerģētiskā substrāta komponentu- lipīdu un ogļhidrātu, izmantojamību augošā fiziskā slodzē praktiski veselām, fiziski netrenētām jaunietēm ar atšķirīgu adipozo audu masu. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika veikti antropometriskie mērījumi, lai noteiktu indivīdu somatotipu, relatīvo tauku masu un ķermeņa masas indeksu. Ogļhidrātu un lipīdu izmantošana tika noteikta ar netiešās kalorimetrijas metodi augošas fiziskas slodzes testā. Rezultāti liecina, ka studējošo jauniešu grupā ķermeņa veidolā dominē endomorfijas un mezomorfijas pazīmes. Personām ar atšķirīgu taukaudu masu maksimālā lipīdu oksidācija fiziskas slodzes laikā tiek panākta pie atšķirīgām skābekļa patēriņa vērtībām.…

Aptamers are short, single-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotide molecules that function as synthetic analogs of antibodies and bind to a target molecule with high specificity. Aptamer affinity entirely depends on its tertiary structure and charge distribution. Therefore, length and structure optimization are essential for increasing aptamer specificity and affinity.
