Autores mērķis ir apkopot, tulkot un analizēt aprakstus un dialogus no ķīniešu avangarda literatūras orģināltekstiem, kas ataino garīgi nestabilu uzvedību un tās atainojumu, lai noskaidrotu, kādas metaforas, izteiksmes līdzekļus un salīdzinājumus ir lietojuši dažādi autori. Darbā aprakstīta arī avangarda novirziena izcelsme un attīstība Ķīnā, kā arī, tai raksturīgā specifika. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām un piecpadsmit apakšnodaļām. Darba apjoms sastāda 66. lapu apjomu.

International audience; In this paper, we present the monetary debates in Europe from the XVIth to the XVIIIth centuries from the viewpoint of the problem of good and sound money. The framework of the paper is built on a typology of monetary systems, by which a dualist system is distinguished from a metallic one. Under the dualist system, the value in units of account of the specie in circulation was defined by monetary proclamations (Einaudi locates this era from Charlemagne to the French Revolution). PV modules with variable ideality factors

The classical single-exponential I–V curve model for crystalline-Si PV devices assumes a constant ideality factor. The model is widely applied in e.g. modeling the power output of PV systems at different irradiances and temperatures, and also in calculating the Equivalent Cell Temperature (ECT) from the open-circuit voltage. The present paper presents results from several crystalline-Si (c-Si) module types suggesting that the ideality factor may change with irradiance. The possible implications of such variability are discussed, in particular the need for a new ECT calculation procedure as well as for revision of some PV performance models.
The effect of metals on condition and pathologies of European eel (Anguilla anguilla): in situ and laboratory experiments.

Forty-nine wild eels (Anguilla anguilla) caught in the Albufera Lake (Spain), measuring 24.0-75.0 cm in length and 25.0-637.7 g in weight, were examined for metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Pb, Se and Zn), condition (CI and HSI indices), as well as for diseases (Anguillicola infestation; bacterial infections). Total metal load significantly increased in eel liver tissue parallel to total length and body weight (log), while silvering females (W(B) > 200 g; L ≥ 500 mm) exhibited the highest amounts of Co, Cu, Hg, Se and Zn. Influence of diseases on the wild eel stock: The case of Albufera Lake

Abstract In recent years, eel stocks in the European Union have declined dramatically. This decline has been attributed to habitat loss, over fishing, and more recently, pathogens, but little data exist on bacterial diseases of wild eels. This study reports on the bacterial and parasitic diseases affecting the wild-eel population of the Albufera Lake. Over a 3-year period, 122 eels were analysed after having been randomly chosen from those caught in the lagoon via traditional fishing procedures. Volcanologists have demonstrated that carbon dioxide (CO2) fluxes are precursors of volcanic eruptions. Controlling volcanic gases and, in particular, the CO2 flux, is technically challenging, but we can retrieve useful information from magmatic/geological process studies for the mitigation of volcanic hazards including air traffic security. Magmatic gas percolation through the old lava dome of El Misti volcano

International audience; The proximity of the major city of Arequipa to El Misti has focused attention on the hazards posed by the active volcano. Since its last major eruption in the fifteenth century, El Misti has experienced a series of modest phreatic eruptions and fluctuating fumarolic activity. Here, we present the first measurements of the compositions of gas emitted from the lava dome in the summit crater. The gas composition is found to be fairly dry with a H2O/SO2 molar ratio of 32 ± 3, a CO2/SO2 molar ratio of 2.7 ± 0.2, a H2S/SO2 molar ratio of 0.23 ± 0.02 and a H2/SO2 molar ratio of 0.012 ± 0.002. Rapid laccolith intrusion driven by explosive volcanic eruption

Magmatic intrusions and volcanic eruptions are intimately related phenomena. Shallow magma intrusion builds subsurface reservoirs that are drained by volcanic eruptions. Thus, the long-held view is that intrusions must precede and feed eruptions. Here we show that explosive eruptions can also cause magma intrusion. We provide an account of a rapidly emplaced laccolith during the 2011 rhyolite eruption of Cordón Caulle, Chile. Remote sensing indicates that an intrusion began after eruption onset and caused severe (>200 m) uplift over 1 month. Digital terrain models resolve a laccolith-shaped body ∼0.8 km3. Soil gas investigation is a useful tool to detect active faults. The sudden appearance of soil gas anomalies in zones of deep-reaching faults represents a promising potential precursor of earthquakes and volcanic eruptions. In volcanic areas the development of soil gas monitoring techniques is particularly important, as they can represent, together with remote sensing techniques, the only geochemical methods that can be safely applied during volcanic unrest, when it becomes impossible or too dangerous to sample crater fumaroles.
