In this paper we study some archaeological materials found in the Roman site of El Plano (Castellón). Although today is almost entirely destroyed by agricultural work, some of the pieces studied said they were equipped with thermal baths, so it should be a settlement of some importance. Moreover ceramics collected allows occupation dating from the I to IV century AD. This is the first Roman site that has been studied in the district of Alto Mijares.

Digital wellness technologies have been proposed as a promising way to promote the levels of physical activity and to solve the prevalent problem of physical inactivity among elderly people.
