International audience; Aerial parts of Artemisiaarborescens were collected from different sites of the Mediterranean area (southwestern Algeria and southern Italy) and the chemical composition of their essential oil (EO) extracted by hydrodistillation was studied by both gas chromatography (GC) equipped with an enantioselective capillary column and GC/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The EOs obtained were tested against several Listeriamonocytogenes strains. Using GC and GC/MS, 41 compounds were identified, accounting for 96.0-98.8% of the total EO. An innovative ovine cheese enriched with red grape pomace powder (GPP) was produced to improve the functional properties of Vastedda cheese typology. Vastedda cheese making was performed adding GPP and four selected Lactococcus lactis strains (Mise36, Mise94, Mise169 and Mise190). Fresh ovine “primosale” cheese was processed with the addition of grape pomace powder (GPP). Cheese making was performed using pasteurized ewes’ milk and four selected Lactococcus lactis strains (Mise36, Mise94, Mise169 and Mise190) inoculated individually. For each strain the control cheese (CCP) was not added with GPP, while the experimental cheese (ECP) was enriched with 1% (w/w) GPP. The controlled operation of hydraulic machines with multiple degrees of freedom is challenging due to complex nonlinear dynamics of cylinder actuators, in addition to multibody dynamics like in the case of hydraulic manipulators. The article presents the dynamical objects identification technology based on statistical models of amplitude-phase images (APIm) – multidimensional data arrays (semantic models) and statistical correlation analysis methods using the generalized discrete Hilbert transforms (DHT) – 2D Hilbert (Foucault) isotropic (HTI), anisotropic (HTA) and total transforms – AP-analysis (APA) to calculate the APIm.
