Breast cancer stage at diagnosis, patient age and molecular tumor subtype influence disease progression. The aim of this study was to analyze the relationships between these factors and survival in breast cancer patients among the Italian population using data from the AIRTUM national database. We enrolled women with primary breast cancer from 17 population-based cancer registries. The collection of church art of the Valamo monastery belongs to worthy rarities. Due to the evacuation from Karelia to Finland, collection survived almost complete. Despite the fact that the collection is well known to specialists in Finland and Russia, the research processes is just beginning. Especially little information exists about the icons of earlier period than of the 18th century. Almost nothing is known about the number of them, neither origins nor something about the painters of them. La presente investigación analiza, a partir de textos cubanos actuales, un tipo de construcciones que proponemos denominar «secuencias ponderadoras de identificación con como». Se explica su funcionamiento en calidad de construcción lingüística peculiar mediante la descripción e interpretación de sus características morfosintácticas y semánticas. By examining current Cuban texts, this study analyzes a type of constructions which are proposed to be denominated 'emphatic sequences of identification with como'. It tries to explain these sequences as a peculiar linguistic construction by means of the description and interpretation of their morphosyntactic and semantic characteristics.

BACKGROUND: Anaphylaxis is a severe, life-threatening, generalized or systemic hypersensitivity reaction. In many individuals with anaphylaxis a pivotal role is played by IgE and the high-affinity IgE receptor on mast cells or basophils. Less commonly, it is triggered through other immunologic mechanisms, or through nonimmunologic mechanisms. The human immune response to helminth infections is associated with elevated levels of IgE, tissue eosinophilia and mastocytosis, and the presence of CD4+ T cells that preferentially produce IL-4, IL-5, and IL-13.
