International audience; A growing literature shows that perception and action are already tightly coupled in the newborn. The current study aimed to examine the nature of the coupling between olfactory stimuli from the mother and the newborn's crawling and rooting (exploratory movements of the head). Implementation science has been developed to help understand why evidence-based practices are not adopted as rapidly as they might. We describe here the process a rehabilitation center in Paraguay is undergoing to transform itself into a state-of-the-art early intervention program. We describe the organization and its contextual strengths and barriers, the model it chose to implement, and the implementation procedures it has attempted. The implications for model fidelity are highlighted, as this organization needed to make adaptations to the model as designed, to fit the particular context of its mission and the Paraguayan culture. W artykule podjęto źródłową analizę posługi towarzyszenia duchowego małżonkom sakramentalnym i osobom w sytuacjach nieregularnych na podstawie posynodalnej adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia papieża Franciszka. Pojęcie towarzyszenia jest wiodącym terminem w  kolejnych rozdziałach dokumentu. Przybliżony został zakres znaczeniowy pojęcia towarzyszenia oraz charakterystyka posługi przedstawiona przez papieża. Artykuł poddaje analizie zasadność penalizacji z art.191a ustawy karnej, a także jego umiejscowienie w systematyce kodeksowej, konfrontując stanowiska doktryny prawa karnego przy uwzględnieniu trudności interpretacyjnych podczas jego praktycznego stosowania. Ponadto zostały omówione znamiona przedmiotowego przepisu, które w konsekwencji doprowadziły do konkluzji, iż istnieje potrzeba znowelizowania art. 191a, dodając do niego typ kwalifikowany przestępstwa, skutkującego targnięciem się poszkodowanego na swoje życie.

Percepcja kryptowalut przez młodych uczestników rynku finansowego na przykładzie Polski i Niemiec

W niniejszym artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań empirycznych dotyczących percepcji kryptowalut wśród młodych uczestników rynku finansowego. Badania zostały przeprowadzone w 2019 r., przed wybuchem pandemii COVID-19, niemal równocześnie w dwóch krajach: w Polsce i w Niemczech. Celem tych badań było uchwycenie różnic w sposobie postrzegania walut krajowych, światowych walut rezerwowych oraz kryptowalut, a także różnic w poziomie zaufania do dotychczasowego systemu finansowego na świecie.
