Ce rapport sur « l’application de la laïcité à la justice » est le fruit d’un travail collectif mené sur deux années par une équipe d’enseignants-chercheurs (juristes et sociologues) avec le soutien de la mission de recherche « Droit et Justice ».Le sujet est d’autant plus intéressant que la justice n’est sans doute pas un service public comme les autres. Comparison of essential oil components and in vitro anticancer activity in wild and cultivated Salvia verbenaca.

The objectives of our research were to study the chemical composition and the in vitro anticancer effect of the essential oil of Salvia verbenaca growing in natural sites in comparison with those of cultivated (Sc) plants. The oil from wild (Sw) S. verbenaca presented hexadecanoic acid (23.1%) as the main constituent, while the oil from Sc plants contained high quantities of hexahydrofarnesyl acetone (9.7%), scarce in the natural oil (0.7%). The growth-inhibitory and proapoptotic effects of the essential oils from Sw and Sc S. verbenaca were evaluated in the human melanoma cell line M14, testing cell vitality, cell membrane integrity, genomic DNA fragmentation and caspase-3 activity. Influence of sexual sensation seeking, sexual compulsivity and sexual pleasure in condom use among Spanish youth: implications for HIV interventions

Spain is one of the countries with the highest incidence of HIV within the European Union. Multiple and complex factors influence HIV infection in young people. This study aims to determine the influence of sexual sensation seeking, sexual compulsivity and perceived sexual pleasure variables in condom use. A total of 424 heterosexual youth were evaluated (M age = 20.62; SD = 2.62) distributed into a risk group (60.7%) and a no-risk group (39.3%). The article reconstructs the framework of criminal legislation on the protection of women, within the framework of the broadest gender protection, which in Italy has now reached a very advanced level. However, there is a lack of a norm on sexual harassment and it is emphasized that the application practice is not always consistent. In this regard, precisely from the point of view of the jurist and criminal lawyer, it is concluded that the laws are not enough, but a profound cultural change is needed.

Landscape ecology starts from the assumption that diversity and spatial arrangement of ecosystem mosaics has ecological implications and tries to understand the interactions between diversity and structure of large spatially heterogeneous areas and its ecological functions.
