Diskriminācijas aizliegums ir viens no pamatprincipiem starptautisko investīciju tiesībās un starptautisko investīciju aizsardzības režīmos. Lai gan šis princips ir sastopams gandrīz ikkatrā investīciju aizsardzības režīmu nodibinošajā dokumentā, tā definīcija un saturs joprojām ir neskaidri, izraisot diskusijas starptautiskajā sabiedrībā. Spectral properties of X-ray bright variable sources in the Taurus Molecular Cloud

We analyze 19 bright variable X-ray sources detected in the XMM-Newton Extended Survey of the Taurus Molecular Cloud (XEST), in order to characterize the variations with time of their coronal properties and to derive informations on the X-ray emitting structures. We performed time-resolved spectroscopy of the EPIC PN and MOS spectra of the XEST sources, using a model with one or two thermal components, and we used the time evolution of the temperatures and emission measures during the decay phase of flares to derive the size of the flaring loops. High Energy Emission and its Variability in Young Stellar Objects

Young stars show a variety of highly energetic phenomena, from accretion and outflow processes to hot coronal plasmas confined in their outer atmosphere, all regulated by the intense stellar magnetic fields. Many aspects on each of these phenomena are debated, but, most notably, their complex mutual interaction remains obscure. In this work I report how these phenomena are simultaneously responsible for the high-energy emission from young stars, with a special focus on the expected and observed variability in the X-ray band. Współczesne prawo międzynarodowe składa się między innymi, z prawa powszechnie obowiązującego i prawa regionalnego. Historycznie, normy prawa regionalnego są wcześniejsze i często były podstawą dla norm powszechnych. W prawie międzynarodowym obowiązują zasady, które bezwzględnie dotyczą zarówno norm w wymiarze powszechnym, jak i w wymiarze regionalnym. W Karcie Narodów Zjednoczonych dostrzeżono rolę i znaczenie norm regionalnych, z jednoczesnym zaznaczeniem niesprzeczności tych norm z postanowieniami wynikającymiz Karty Narodów Zjednoczonych.
Approximation of measurements results of „EMERGENCY” signal reception probability

W artykule przedstawiono wyniki aproksymacji przykładowych danych pomiaru prawdopodobieństwa odbioru sygnału NIEBEZPIECZEŃSTWO. Prawdopodobieństwo to rozpatruje się jako funkcję odległości pomiędzy statkiem powietrznym a systemem naziemnym w ustalonych warunkach pomiaru. Aproksymację danych pomiarowych zrealizowano korzystając z własności funkcji logistycznej. Prawdopodobieństwo jako funkcja odległości pozwala na określenie zasięgu sygnału NIEBEZPIECZEŃSTWO dla zadanego poziomu ufności.

An analysis on the injury events occurred to the employees in Sicilian hospitals from 2006 to 2008 was carried out, thanks to data filed in the INAL database “Flussi Informativi INAIL ISPESL REGIONI”. A frequency distribution of accidents and an investigation of injury events modality of occurrence have been performed according to ESAW codification. Data limitation and critical aspects have been highlighted in order to propose development in data management process.
