Analytical-numerical analysis of closed-form dynamic model of Sayano-Shushenskaya hydropower plant : stability, oscillations, and accident

This work is devoted to the analysis of a mathematical model of hydropower unit, consisting of synchronous generator, hydraulic turbine, and speed governor. It is motivated by the accident happened on the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydropower plant in 2009 year. In the analysis we follow the line of classical control theory approach developed in the works of famous scientists J.C. Maxwell, I.A. Vishnegradsky, A.A. Andronov, and F. Tricomi for the study of centrifugal turbine governor and electrical machines limit-load problem. It is shown that the occurrence of vibrations in the Sayano-Shushenskaya hydropower plant can be caused by nonlinear dynamics of the closed-form model. peerReviewed

Francisco Botelho de Moraes e Vasconcelos (1670-1747), miembro honorario de la Real Academia Española y autor de la obra latina Satyrae; b) la vida y obra de D. Juan González de Dios (1684-1761), Catedrático de Prima de Humanidad de la Universidad de Salamanca, que escribió un comentario a dicha obra titulado: Notae ad Satyras. 2) Una edición crítica del texto latino de las Satyrae de Botelho y de las Notae ad Satyras de González de Dios. 3) Una traducción castellana completa. Tässä tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan oppilaiden matemaattista ajattelua ja erityisesti matematiikan ymmärtämistä mayojen lukujärjestelmä -opetuskokeilussa. Opetuskokeilu koostui yhdestä tutkijan suunnittelemasta matematiikan oppitunnista, jossa opetettiin mayojen lukujärjestelmää ja opetustapana toimi tutkiva matematiikka. Tutkiva matematiikka perustuu oppilaiden omaan tutkimukseen, vuorovaikutukseen ja ryhmätyöhön sekä opettajan oppilaslähtöiseen ohjaavaan rooliin. Suunniteltua oppituntia opetettiin yläkoulun yhden 9. luokan puolikkaille erikseen eli oppitunti toistettiin kahdesti ja opettajana toimi tutkija. Molemmat oppitunnit videoitiin.
