Personības aptaujas “Starptautiskā personības pantu kopuma (IPIP-50) Lielā Piecinieka marķieri” adaptācija latviešu valodā

Pētījuma mērķis bija veikt IPIP-50-BFM aptaujas adaptāciju latviešu valodā. Tika izvirzīti pētījuma jautājumi par IPIP-50-BFM aptaujas latviešu versijas atbilstību aptaujas oriģinālajiem psihometriskajiem rādītājiem: iekšējai saskaņotībai, pantu reakcijas un diskriminācijas indeksiem un konstrukta (konverģentās) validitātes kritērijiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 204 respondenti (132 sievietes un 72 vīrieši) vecumā no 18 līdz 76 gadiem (M=37,66, SD=12,40). Dati no respondentiem tika ievākti gan frontāli, gan arī interneta vidē. This work demonstrates new evidence of the efficient destruction and mineralization of an emergent organic pollutant using UV-A and titanium nanosized catalysts. The target compound considered in this work is the primary metabolite of a lipid regulator drug, clofibrate, identified in many studies as refractory during conventional wastewater treatment. The photocatalytic performance study was carried out in batch mode at laboratory scale, in aqueous suspension. A software receiver adaptive phase lock loop method

The aim of this paper is to introduce a new and relatively simple algorithm which is capable to tune the parameters of the loop filter in a phase lock loop, like the one that can be found in a global navigation satellite system receiver. The parameters are chosen while the system is running, in order to make the bandwidth of the filter adaptive with respect to the signal dynamic and strength. A wider bandwidth is obtained to make the filter more reactive when searching the carrier, while the bandwidth gets narrower when the system is in the tracking state, in order to cut off as much noise as possible. Herbicidal activity of phosphonic, phosphinic, and phosphonous acid analogues of phenylglycine and phenylalanine

A series of phosphonic, phosphinic, and phosphonous acid analogues of phenylglycine and phenylalanine was synthesized and tested as herbicides against Lepidium sativum and Cucumis sativus. Aminobenzylphosphonic acids exhibited notable herbicidal activity and thus represent a group of the most active herbicides found among aminophosphonic acids.
