Il saggio Per la conservazione partecipata, consapevole e diffusa dell’architettura storica e religiosa è un contributo per meglio conoscere e dunque conservare, facendo fruire, il patrimonio delle preesistenze architettoniche con destinazione religiosa, partendo dal caso delle chiese di Bagheria, ma proponendo un apporto generale sia per la stessa conservazione, ma anche per il dovuto adeguamento liturgico. Este humanista valenciano sucedió a su maestro Palmireno en la cátedra de retórica de la Universidad de Valencia. Tomēr konkrētu metodisko norādījumu vai normatīvo aktu formulējumu šādu pārskatu sagatavošanā nav pieejami. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata identificēt nepilnības un trūkumus gada pārskatu sagatavošanas un publicēšanas procesā un izstrādāt priekšlikumu kvalitatīva gada pārskata sagatavošanai. Autore pētījuma ietvaros konstatējusi dažādas neatbilstības normatīvajos aktos un uzraugošo institūciju darbībā, kā rezultāta izstrādājusi priekšlikumus gada pārskatu kvalitātes uzlabošanai.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the prevalence of good clinical response and remission in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients with longstanding disease treated with anti-tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) drugs at outpatient clinics. METHODS: Retrospective national study of 14 academic tertiary referral rheumatology medical centers. RA patients with a Disease Activity Score (DAS28) > 3.2 were defined as having active disease and could start TNF-alpha blockers. All patients received one TNF-alpha blocker plus methotrexate (10-20 mg/wk). At the third month the patients were categorized as responders or nonresponders, based on improvement of at least 0.25 of the Health Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ).…

Publiskā un privātā partnerība ir viens no veidiem, kā īstenot ilgtermiņa, resursu ietilpīgus projektus, kad valsts budžets ir ierobežots. PPP spēj sniegt inovatīvus risinājumus un privātā sektora resursu izmantošanu, tomēr PPP koncepts ir samēra jauns Baltijas valstīs, tāpēc līdz šim īstenoto PPP projektu skaits ir zems, tomēr PPP var izmantot kā alternatīvas projektu finansēšanas veidu. Darba mērķis ir identificēt PPP projektu potenciālus riskus, to sadales tendences, kas ietekmē projektu gaitu, un noteikt, kā veicināt PPP īstenošanas iespējas Baltijas valstīs.
