The paper analyses the multiple tax procedures to be developed by the different bodies of the Spanish Tax Authorities (tax management procedures, tax inspection procedures, tax collection and tax penalty procedures) in the case of appreciation of an alleged crime against the Public Treasury. To attain this goal, a study of the new Tax crime configuration after 2012´ criminal reform is carried out, as well as a study of Act 34/2015.

Tiesu praksē pastāv nevienprātība par dažādiem termiņiem, un šajā darbā autore sniedz savu viedokli un secinājumus par to, kāds būtu pareizākais risinājums dažādām problēmsituācijām. Autore norādījusi uz tiesu praksē izdarītajiem nepamatotajiem secinājumiem par termiņiem nodokļu tiesībās, kā arī piedāvājusi risinājumus, kā interpretēt un piemērot spēkā esošos normatīvos aktus.

Vaccination of all healthy children against rotavirus (RV) has been recommended, since the availability of vaccines, both in Europe (PIDJ) and Italy (pediatricians). The aims of universal vaccination against RV include the protection of children against moderate/severe gastroenteritis forms by RV (GARV), prevent hospitalizations, reduce the severity and duration of the disease, and reduce morbidity and socioeconomic costs. Payers need to informed regarding the efficacy and the healthcare utilization related to RV vaccination in order to decide in favour of its extensive implementation. The results show that in only 15 percent of the sample schools do all of the teachers and school directors consistently perform the tasks considered essential to their role. El presente texto toma a su cargo el estudio del único film de propaganda que el Departamento Nacional de Cinematografía de la España Nacional realizó en la inmediata posguerra (1939) para dar cuenta de la figura de José Antonio Primo de Rivera. Sobre un fondo de duelo y con la preeminencia de los elementos políticos sobre los militares, ¡Presente! reivindicaba el legado del líder de Falange en una clave cercana a la del culto a los muertos que caracterizó a los fascismos europeos, pero en clave sintomáticamente religiosa.

Exclusivo y de proyección obligatoria en todos los cines del territorio nacional, constituye el gran arsenal de imágenes en movimiento de los años 40, 50 y parte de los 60, al menos hasta la implantación de la televisión en los hogares españoles.
