To characterize weed pressure in agricultural fields of the DEPHY Ecophyto networks, the "weeds" working group of the CASIMIR project, helped by crop and weed experts working for the french crop institutes, developed two methods (CASIMIR DEPHY­FARM and CASIMIR DEPHY­EXPE) to survey weeds in main crops. La recherche a été menée sur plusieurs fronts ces dernières campagnes pour la lutte durable contre les bioagresseurs du riz pluvial. Elle s'est orientée vers l'exploitation de la biodiversité des plantes et la recherche de systèmes de culture pour gérer les " vers blancs " ou " scarabées noirs " (Coleoptera, Scarabaeidae), les foreurs de tiges, la pyriculariose et le striga. Wine biological aging is a wine making process used to produce specific beverages in several countries in Europe, including Spain, Italy, France, and Hungary. This process involves the formation of a velum at the surface of the wine. Here, we present the first large scale comparison of all European flor strains involved in this process. We inferred the population structure of these European flor strains from their microsatellite genotype diversity and analyzed their ploidy. Abstract Grain admixture due to gene flow of oilseed rape (OSR) could be economically damaging. Different strategies are currently used or proposed to manage grain quality, ranging from homogenisation at the silo level to tactical decision rules at the field level.
