Tässä tutkimuksessa haluttiin selvittää, millaisten kehysten avulla erikoissairaanhoidon työntekijät perustelevat lähisuhdeväkivaltaan puuttumisen vastuunjakoa, miten he siirtävät vastuuta pois itseltään ja kenen vastuulla he katsovat lähisuhdeväkivaltaan puuttumisen olevan. Tutkimusmenetelminä käytettiin kehysanalyysiä ja grounded theorya. Aineisto koostui kuudesta syksyllä 2009 toteutetusta fokusryhmähaastattelusta, joihin osallistui työntekijöitä kolmesta eri erikoissairaanhoidon pilottiyksiköstä. Aineistosta löytyi kuusi kehystämisen tapaa, joissa vastuu lähisuhdeväkivaltaan puuttumisesta annettiin eri tahoille. Ensimmäisen kehyksen mukaan vastuun nähtiin olevan yksittäisellä työntekijä…

Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on tarkastella luontaishoitojen asemaa Suomessa v. 2008 – 2010, kun luontaishoidoille on valmisteltu lakia. Tutkimuksessa pyritään selvittämään, kuuluvatko luontaishoidot kansalaisyhteiskuntaan ja miten ne ovat kansalaistoimintaa. Luontaishoitojen yhteiskunnalliseen asemaan vaikuttavat lääketiede, luontaishoitojen käyttäjät, valtio ja luontaishoidot, ja tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan näiden toimijoiden rooleja diskurssianalyysin avulla. Tutkimus on laadullinen tapaustutkimus, ja analyysiä tehdään kolmen aineiston valossa. Ensimmäinen aineisto koostuu Suomen Lääkärilehden luontaishoitoja koskevista teksteistä. Effects of domestic violence are reflected in victims' physical, psychological, and sexual health as well as in victims' subjective evaluations of health or subjective well-being. The principal aim of this study was to study the extent to which the consequences of domestic violence are reflected in patients' subjectively evaluated well-being, life management, and sense of security in an emergency department, a maternity department, and a reception unit of a psychiatric hospital.
