This article examines older physical education (PE) teachers’ wellbeing over the course of their career in Finland. The study highlights challenges to physical and mental functioning as well as how teachers respond to these challenges. The six interviewees were over 55-year-old PE teachers, whose career had lasted for more than 30 years. Qualitative methods were used in the collection, transcription and analysis of the research data. Fragmentation of habitat, for example by intensive agricultural practices, can be detrimental to local biodiversity. However, it often remains unclear whether such biodiversity declines are caused by loss of habitat area or increased fragmentation, and how habitat quality factors into it. In our study system, vegetated vineyards are typically small, and isolated from one another, potentially limiting the distribution and dispersal of organisms. Tässä Pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkasteltiin asiakasodotusten merkitystä yritysten välisessä asiakassuhteessa (B2B). Tavoitteena oli selvittää, voidaanko asiakasodotusten tuntemisen avulla ymmärtää paremmin asiakkaan näkemyksiä asiakassuhteen nykytilasta ja tulevaisuudesta. Ajankohtaisen aiheen taustalla on eri tutkimusaloilla tunnustettu tarve yritysten lisätä asiakasymmärrystään ja kehittää asiakastiedon keruun menetelmiään. Tässä tutkielmassa asiakasodotuksia tutkittiin laadullisen tapaustutkimuksen ja teemahaastattelun keinoin.
