Interleukin (IL)-31A binds to an heterodimer composed of IL-31 receptor A (IL-31RA) and Oncostatin M Receptor (OSMR). The IL-31/IL-31R complex is involved in the pathogenesis of various skin diseases, including cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. No information is available on the relations between the IL-31/IL-31R complex and B-cell lymphoma. Here we have addressed this issue in follicular lymphoma (FL), a prototypic germinal center(GC)-derived B-cell malignancy. Abstract Objectives To investigate the associations for one-year changes in cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and body mass index, with psychological difficulties status in adolescents. Methods Norwegian 14-15-year-olds (n = 925) participated in data collection at two time points separated by one year. Psychological difficulties were assessed via the Strengths and Difficulties questionnaire and data from follow-up serve as the dependent variable. Accelerometer-based osteogenic indices, moderate-to-vigorous and vigorous physical activity, and bone traits in adolescents

Objectives: We investigated the associations of accelerometry-derived osteogenic indices (OIs), moderate-to-vigorous (MVPA), and vigorous intensity physical activity (VPA) with peripheral quantitative computed tomography (pCQT) parameters in 99 adolescents aged 10–13 years. Methods: Bone parameters were assessed at the distal (4%) and shaft (66%) of the tibia using pQCT. Accelerometers were worn on the right hip for 7 consecutive days. OIs were calculated based on acceleration peak histograms either using all of the peaks (OI) or peaks with acceleration ≥5.2 g (HOI). MVPA and VPA were defined using previously published cut-points. Tutkimuksen kohdejoukkona olivat 20–54-vuotiaat vantaalaiset. Tutkimuksen tarkoitus oli selvittää, onko liikuntapaikkojen koettu riittävyys yhteydessä aikuisväestön fyysisen aktiivisuuden laatuun ja määrään. Samalla työ tarjoaa Vantaan liikuntapalveluille tietoa 20–54-vuotiaiden fyysisestä aktiivisuudesta sekä sisä- ja ulkoliikuntapaikkojen koetusta riittävyydestä Vantaalla vuosina 2013–2015. Tutkimuksen aineistona on käytetty Terveyden ja hyvinvoinnin laitoksen (THL) alueellisen terveys- ja hyvinvointitutkimuksen (ATH) Vantaan aineistoa vuosilta 2013–2015 (n=1386). Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un analizēt kā daudzvalodu princips ietekmē Eiropas Savienības tiesību aktu izstrādi, to ieviešanu dalībvalstīs un spēkā esamību, ņemot vērā, ka šobrīd Eiropas Savienību jau veido 28 dalībvalstis, kurās ir 24 oficiālās valodas, kuras ir vienlīdzīgas, kā arī konstatēt problēmas un to risinājumus minēto tiesību aktu izstrādē un ieviešanā. Bakalaura darba tēma “Kriptovalūtas saistība ar noziedzīgas mantas legalizāciju” sniedz ieskatu par kriptovalūtas tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumu Latvijā. Darbā tiek aplūkota kriptovalūtas jēdziena attīstība normatīvajos tiesību aktos un sastāva pazīmes noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizēšanā, izmantojot kriptovalūtu. Problēma ir tiesiskā regulējuma trūkumā, lai efektīvi ierobežotu kriptovalūtas izmantošanu noziedzīgi iegūtu līdzekļu legalizēšanā un šo noziegumu atklāšanā.
