The text attempts to conceptualize the possible reform of the procedure of making notarial deeds in Poland. It examines the feasibility of drafting and signing these deeds in the course of online communication between parties. The analysis builds on the significant constraints for the classic notarial procedure (based on paper documents and on the physical presence of a notary and parties) that were triggered by the Covid-19 pandemic. Ievads: Krūts saudzējoša operācija (KSO) ar WBI ir galvenā metode kompleksajā krūts vēža (KV) ārstēšanā. Subklīnisku karcinomu noteikšana, kuras slimības procesā minimāli iesaista reģionālos LM, izraisa šaubas par nepieciešamību veikt ALMD pilnā apjomā. Adekvātā un drošā šim nolūkam izrādījās sargātājlimfmezgla atklāšanas un biopsijas (SLMB) metode. Darba mērķis: Pētīt KSO ārstēšanas iespējas dažādas lokalizācijas agrīna KV pacientēm, balstoties uz SLMB rezultātiem un galvenajiem prognostiskiem faktoriem. In its sensory task, gustation is helped by interactions with other sensory systems (olfaction, vision, audition, and somatosensory, trigeminal and thermal sensations). It allows the detection and identification of soluble compounds which can be ingested or must be avoided. This function is fundamental to ingestive behavior (energy intake and selection of nutrients) in order to meet physiological needs. Tibetas stūpu vēsturiskā attīstība un simbolisms

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta Tibetas stūpu izcelsme, sākot ar budistu stūpu sākotnējo ģenēzi un attīstību laika periodā no budisma izplatīšanās Centrālāzijā līdz tā ieiešanai Tibetas teritorijā, un beidzot faktoriem, kas ietekmēja Tibetas stūpu ārējo izskatu un to simbolismu. Darbā apskatīta ne tikai hinduisma, bet arī zoroastrisma un Centrālāzijas šamanisma iespējamā ietekme uz Tibetas stūpu ārējo izskatu un simbolisko nozīmi. Papildus tiek apskatīta agrīnās bon reliģijas sasaiste ar Centrālāzijas šamanismu, kā arī tās ietekme uz Tibetas stūpu atsevišķo elementu ārējo izskatu un Tibetas budisma kulta prakšu simbolismu.

The aim of those deliberation is focused on answering the questions: Can paranormal phenomena be attributed to a function in an act of faith? In this study paranormal phenomena are investigated on the background themes of the credibility of Christian faith. The whole discussion involves three stages: characterization of paranormal phenomena (1), clarification of the motives of the Christian faith and their verification of the example of a miracle (2), as well as presentation along with analysis challenges from the side of paranormal phenomena for the credibility of Christian faith (3).

Analysis of the influence of the Treaty of Lisbon on the EU immigration reguiations with particular attention to the principle of solidarity and fair sharing of responsibility between Member States indicates that the Treaty of Lisbon extensively reformed these reguiations. Its premise and mechanisms should be assessed as justified. However, they give a lot ofleeway for interpretation and need to be supplemented with EU secondary law. Unfortunately, States are primarily driven by their interest when applying these rules which leads to their nonproductiveness. The recent migration crisis explicitly proves this.
