Sabiedrības vajadzībām nepieciešamā nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas likums paredz nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām labprātīgā vai piespiedu kārtā, saņemot taisnīgu atlīdzību. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt labprātīgas un piespiedu nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas sabiedrības vajadzībām procesa ietekmi uz taisnīgas atlīdzības noteikšanu nekustamā īpašuma īpašniekam. Iegūtie rezultāti liecina, ka slēdzot līgumu par labprātīgu nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanu sabiedrības vajadzībām, nekustamā īpašuma īpašniekam ir lielākas iespējas iegūt taisnīgu atlīdzību Sabiedrības vajadzībām nepieciešamā nekustamā īpašuma atsavināšanas likuma kontekstā.

These hydraulic works were used by several civilizations to collect water from springs and to transport it to settlements, sanctuaries and other targets. Several civilizations, in China and the Americas, developed water transport systems independently, and brought these to high levels of sophistication. New records of Asteraceae for the non-native flora of Tunisia and north Africa with some nomenclatural remarks

International audience; Sixteen new Asteraceae are added to the non-indigenous flora of Tunisia. Six of them (Dimorphotheca ecklonis, Gaillardia pulchella, Gazania linearis var. linearis, Guizotia abyssinica, Rudbeckia triloba and Tithonia diversifolia) are also new for the flora of North Africa. Chrysanthemum morifolium is here first reported for the Mediterranean Basin. Seven genera (Argyranthemum, Bidens, Dimorphotheca, Gaillardia, Guizotia, Rudbeckia and Tithonia) are recorded for the first time for the vascular flora of Tunisia. Connectivity patterns during music listening: Evidence for action-based processing in musicians

Musical expertise is visible both in the morphology and functionality of the brain. Recent research indicates that functional integration between multi-sensory, somato-motor, default-mode (DMN), and salience (SN) networks of the brain differentiates musicians from non-musicians during resting state. Here, we aimed at determining whether brain networks differentially exchange information in musicians as opposed to non-musicians during naturalistic music listening. Whole-brain graph-theory analyses were performed on participants' fMRI responses. The article intends to synthetically reconstruct a line of development of the Italian narrative contemporary, from the nineties onwards, based on the concept of authenticity, vast and rich in applications in the most disparate fields (juridical, philosophical, artistic). After a brief review of four emblematic cases for the use of authenticity rhetoric (Siti, Moresco, Mozzi, non-fiction), the article offers a brief overview of the narrative of last twenty years.
