Desde hace siglos, el elenco de penas previsto en los distintos Códigos Penales peca de excesivamente básico y las posibles alternativas a la pena por excelencia, la prisión, son de igual modo parcas, sin que ello parezca haber preocupado demasiado al legislador. Nuestro Código Penal regula dos alternativas principales al cumplimiento de las penas privativas de libertad, las instituciones de la suspensión y la sustitución, a las que dedica, básicamente, los artículos 80 a 87 y el 89, habiendo sido derogado el 88, dedicado a la sustitución ordinaria, que ahora pasa a considerarse una modalidad de suspensión. Improvisational music therapy is a type of creative arts therapy in which clients are encouraged to express themselves through the symbolic and non-verbal medium of music, by creating free music improvisations together with the therapist. The present research aims at investigating whether the efficacy of this method can be further enhanced by purposefully accessing the ego-quieting properties of altered states of consciousness. A Leibniz variety with almost polynomial growth

Abstract Let F be a field of characteristic zero. In this paper we study the variety of Leibniz algebras V ˜ 1 defined by the identity y 1 ( y 2 y 3 ) ( y 4 y 5 ) ≡ 0 . We give a complete description of the space of multilinear identities in the language of Young diagrams through the representation theory of the symmetric group. As an outcome we show that the variety V ˜ 1 has almost polynomial growth, i.e., the sequence of codimensions of V ˜ 1 cannot be bounded by any polynomial function but any proper subvariety of V ˜ 1 as polynomial growth.

Purpose: This study is aimed to preliminary investigate whether transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) could affect explosive power considering genetic background in sport subjects.Methods: Seventeen healthy sports volunteers with at least 3 years of sports activities participated in the experiment. A New Augmented Lagrangian Approach for $L^1$-mean Curvature Image Denoising

Variational methods are commonly used to solve noise removal problems. In this paper, we present an augmented Lagrangian-based approach that uses a discrete form of the L1-norm of the mean curvature of the graph of the image as a regularizer, discretization being achieved via a finite element method. When a particular alternating direction method of multipliers is applied to the solution of the resulting saddle-point problem, this solution reduces to an iterative sequential solution of four subproblems. Tensor decomposition is a powerful tool for analyzing multiway data. Nowadays, with the fast development of multisensor technology, more and more data appear in higherorder (order > 4) and nonnegative form. However, the decomposition of higher-order nonnegative tensor suffers from poor convergence and low speed. In this study, we propose a new nonnegative CANDECOM/PARAFAC (NCP) model using proximal algorithm. The block principal pivoting method in alternating nonnegative least squares (ANLS) framework is employed to minimize the objective function. Tässä pro gradu -tutkielmassa tarkastellaan taideteoksen autenttisuuden ja auran nykymerkityksiä installaatiotaiteen näkökulmasta. Keskeisenä tavoitteena on selvittää, mistä kontekstisidonnaisen ja prosessuaalisen installaatioteoksen autenttisuus muodostuu, ja millä tavoin tätä autenttisuutta pyritään taidemuseoissa teoksen esittämisen ja tallentamisen prosesseissa ylläpitämään. Lisäksi tutkielmassa avataan taiteilijan intention ja tekijyyden käsitteitä. Based on an ethnographic approach, this paper explores how members of a new age spiritual movement known as ?Llave Mariana? (LLM) build and experience their bodies. At the same time, it develops a thick description of their ritual practices and later it analyzes, delving fundamentally into the phenomenological perspective, how these members shape and transform their forms of self-perception, experience, and representation of others and the environment.
