Transforming adult education from neo-liberal to holistically inclusive adult education in Baltic States

In this chapter, we explore the data of nation-wide adult education programmes in three Baltic states. These programmes incorporate informal learning elements from the perspective of active participatory citizenship (APC) and, therefore, this provision aims to enhance opportunities for young adults in vulnerable positions. OCTA ir sauszemes transportlīdzekļu īpašnieku civiltiesiskās atbildības obligātā apdrošināšana, kas Latvijā pastāv jau no 1997. gada, kopš 2004. gada OCTA sistēmu pārrauga, attīsta un stabilizē Latvijas Transportlīdzekļu apdrošinātāju birojs un kopš 2006. gada darbojas bonus-malus sistēma. Intracranial pressure (ICP) is the pressure exerted by cranial contents on the dural envelope. It comprises the partial pressures of brain, blood and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). Normal intracranial pressure is somewhere below 10 mmHg; it may increase as a result of traumatic brain injury, stroke, neoplasm, Reye's syndrome, hepatic coma, or other pathologies. When ICP increases above 20 mmHg it may damage neurons and jeopardize cerebral perfusion. If such a condition persists, treatment is indicated. A section of the orogenic middle crust (Orlica-nienik Dome, Polish/Czech Central Sudetes) was examined to constrain the duration and significance of deformation (D) and intertectonic (I) phases. In the studied metasedimentary synform, three deformation events produced an initial subhorizontal foliation S1 (D-1), a subsequent subvertical foliation S2 (D-2) and a late subhorizontal axial planar cleavage S3 (D-3). The synform was intruded by pre-, syn- and post-D-2 granitoid sheets.
