Integrative taxonomy demonstrates the unexpected synonymy between two predatory mite species: Cydnodromus idaeus and C. picanus (Acari: Phytoseiidae)

Their identification is thus of great interest for biological control. The specimens examined in this study belong to the species Cydnodromus idaeus (described from Brazil) and C. picanus (described from Chile). Using a new automated scheme, synoptic mid-latitudes cyclone and anticyclone trajectories have been constructed over the North Pacific from daily sea level pressure (SLP) data, covering the period 1950-2001. Over the North-Eastern Pacific, the strength of anticyclones diminished and their frequency became more variable, while cyclones intensified and presented further southerly trajectories since the mid-1970s. Thus, cyclonic and anticyclonic activities are significantly anti-correlated. La présente étude s'intéresse aux élèves redoublants dans le système éducatif chilien selon deux perspectives distinctes. D'abord, nous nous intéressons au regroupement des élèves redoublants au sein du système et comment celui-ci peut créer des publics typés ayant des conséquences sur le travail scolaire des classes. Ensuite, nous analysons les dimensions subjectives associées au vécu scolaire et différenciées selon la condition de redoublement des élèves.
